Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

Must be. Record at 67 days ..... Unless others point to another sloooooowwwwww one that knocks it off top spot. How about loan ID 2532356769 which is 111 not out. Still got some way to go if the SS PBL019 is to be beaten. That was 190 days. In fact, PBL019 was a reincarnation of PBL009 which itself never drewdown, but was live for 68 days.

Wow! Knew I probably wouldn't be surprised to find it beaten. I wonder if FS are going to allow Ford Mill, and its current string of bs excuses, to beat the above. I, for one, will not hold my breath for this loan to be paid off next week as per this mornings bullxxit update.

Can you please supply the FS loan number?

Am I still not looking at the right loan? I'm looking at Land in Ris***n (1960999217).

Maybe it is the asset reference?

Surprised to see this loan still knocking around and back on the table tomorrow. This is the one with the encroachment on the land by a utility company.
The last loan should have completed in November and interest has only now been paid to allow a renewal.
Expect there will be plenty available for anyone who is interested.

Despite the continuing renewals I still quite like the security on this loan. The additional 2nd charge seems to provide a lot of headroom.

We're told the second property is worth £1.5 million, but are not given beyond basic details or a valuation report. Take the £600k first charge away and that leaves £900k of the proposed value. Take administrator's fees of £150k leaves £750k. Take £150k away to repay the loan leaves £600k. So as long as the second property can be sold for £900k, repayment seems secure. Anything the primary security generates is a bonus.
Several assumptions in there but nothing too crazy as far as I can see.
