Ah, thank you. Any reason why? It's very obvious from my posts here that I am not an, ahem, SOPHISTICATED INVESTOR (TM), but this is all public domain stuff that a child of four could find within seconds of seeing the "official" listing of the loans at Lendy's own website. I see @gustafer has quoted me and the links remain in that post, so you might want to remove them too (aren't you the chap who hacked Hilary Clinton's emails?  ) Two issues. One you are linking a borrower/asset to a specific loan which isnt in the public domain and could lead to legal issues for the forums. Two, its generally prohibited by platform T&Cs. Your previous posts were general links on the student Acc situation in Cardiff so didnt breach the rules. Mods will pick up on the quote. Should have been flagged.

this is the borrower who has over £30million of our money in 7 DFLs.i think a update or something from lendy needs to come pretty sharpish as to what is going on behind the scenes here.

Looks like they are late in submitting company accounts (a bit like Lendy themselves). Document will appear within 5 days on the CH website.

you just cant help wondering what is going on with lendy and most of these borrowers.we are only told on a need to know basis and it seems the only time we need to know is when a few more million is needed to feed lendy/borrowers.we then get told a load of c**p and off we go again till the next one.

It's a late confirmation statement - in the grand scheme of things it's quite a minor technicality (I know of large FTSE250 companies who have late submissions for subsidiaries, and are financially sound)

if you look in lendy live loans ALL of this borrowers loans have been suspended. feel sorry for the people who have been putting funds into this borrowers schemes.MAYBE he has managed to refinance and millions will be coming back soon[really not much chance].does not look good at all.

Does anybody know when was this suspended and why? I can see two transactions in SM today??? Definitely at some point yesterday, but still no update from Ly. IIRC all previous suspensions were communicated immediately. Don't know what to expect. It's either very bad or very good news.
