Possibly a problem at SS, i've had 5 withdrawal confirmation emails this morning for one withdrawal. My withdrawal confirmation emails always seem to come in unformatted HTML. Anyone else have this problem? <!doctype html> <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" xmlns:o="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"> <head> <!--[if gte mso 15]> <xml> <o:OfficeDocumentSettings> <o:AllowPNG/> <o:PixelsPerInch>96</o:PixelsPerInch> </o:OfficeDocumentSettings> </xml> <![endif]--> <meta charset="UTF-8"> <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=edge"> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1"> <style type="text/css"> p{ margin:10px 0; padding:0; ... This happens to me when I view the email in 'Windows Live Mail'. Seems ok when I view it in a browser or the 'Windows Mail App'.

The odd thing is that it doesn't effect any other type of emails from SS just the ones which confirm the withdrawal has been processed. Another odd thing is that in the inbox list, the sender is - (just a hyphen)

Taking into consideration that many investors would have moved funds from MT on this occasion... MONEY: I'm not a MT investor. Are you saying that MT actually have repaid their Cardiff loan investors already? If not, why would many investors "have moved funds from MT on this occasion"? What's different about this occasion?

No, they havent. Investors have been selling out in anticipation so that money will have moved plus any cash on platform (not a lot I suspect) Lenders following the loan, particularly as the replacement opportunity is only 40% the size and only 13% of cash returning could be invested at an equivalent rate. (Cardiff Loan will be visible on loans without logging in as only thing with availibility - when it disappears it will have been repaid)

Changing the default viewing setting cured the problem: 'Settings' > 'View' > 'Message Body as ' > 'Simple HTML'

I wouldn't say seamless. The withdrawals on MT have got stuck. Hopefully will be paid in today to pay SS balance 😤

@cooling_dude - from the latest update it looks like this loan will either over run/be extended if it stays as is or will be replaced by a new and bigger financial dfl if gets go ahead for a revised scheme. I thing you might still be in this one - interested to know what you think, especially as borrower is same as B******d loans - is it time to get out of this one?
Cheers S
