Site is currently down for maintenance. Was this mainenance announced? Yes, it was mentioned in a recent email: This loan has coincided with the deployment of a new sign up process on the system, which is part of the new lender verification and bank account verification system. Existing lenders are unaffected, but it will mean, however, that we will have to take down the system for 1 hour - 2 hours maximum while this update is uploaded. This update also carries with it some minor changes in the Secondary Market that streamlines how some of the data is dealt with by our platform. The developers are yet to give us a window, but it is expected to be late this evening or very early tomorrow morning, so if you see the site offline for maintenance, you will know why.

Hi guys Some fixes: - Upgrade on server went well... seems a lot faster, but more importantly batch processing (agreements, payments etc) will be lightening quick
- Removed the '0' from primary bid
- On your 'total funds on ablrate' it was not calculating the bids you have open (well only the capital). Basically your premium nor accrued payment was been included... and as it had technically not left your account, we have made sure this is included
Also - secondary market now sortable on rate - amortising/interest only search added - Max premium reduced to 110% and we are testing the code to restrict anyone buying anything below 1% yield (i.e its stops guaranteed loss on trades, it also negates the need for us to pause loans in the last month of term)

On the downside, the Secondary Market is back to being split across 2 pages. Any chance we could have it all back on 1 page please? Thanks.

I must be missing something. I have been sorting the SM by rate for quite a long time now. What has been changed?

True, was hoping that meant sorting by best bid/offer but not so.

We have now completed the role out of:
- Sortable best bid/offer - Your investment displayed on SM - Back to one page
Also, there have been some occurrences of an odd error when buying amortizing loans where you receive a warning about future dated inputs. This is now solved.

Hi All
As part of the upgrade we are ding, we are removing the restriction on the £1 min in the secondary market. We have tested quite heavily with no issues, but if you do spot any errors occurring please do get hold of us..

Hi
We have been busy with some changes in the background and some in the foreground! We have started to change the way data is handled in the SM which will lead to better comments in that section. You wont notice anything yet, but it's coming. Also.... and this one I may regret... you will have seen that we disabled the questions and answers on the loans some time ago. This was because of regulatory worries (i.e approving/not approving comments). It was also because everyone got an email and it was annoying. So we have disabled the emails, but enabled the comments. So we will approve some that are 'pending' and will reject others that are old... so we can clear the system and start this off. We will be monitoring it closely to see how it works and would ask that any questions on there are put after reading all of the docs....
..we are very keen to keep everything transparent which is why we are bringing it back for now... so that we can have questions answered on the platform, rather than just on here.. it won't change interaction here... just gives others who may not use the forum, further info on each deal and the progress. It will also enable us to give updates if payments are genuinely late, if it is weekend thing or ... erhmmm a 'technical glitch'......

Change to dashboard view.
I don't know if it is just me (as I use an unusual browser - SeaMonkey) but roughly since the FCA related changes to the website were made, the dashboard page does not load at the top of the page. it is not a big deal but more curious as to why and wonder if it can be fixed?

LW Hi This is an eternal gripe of mine from the developers who shall not be named (for fear of my blood pressure).... the CSS was not great.. The design is one of the things we are taking care of in the next few months. Sorry for this, but we are getting around to it. I will see if there is a quick fix. Regards Ablrate
