Yes early run. Now a couple of big repayments lendy coupled with a pipeline freeze and I may resist heading towards the 'withdrawal' button..

My lowest payment since Jan-16 due to the lower rates and having several loans stuck in large sale queues

My lowest payment since Jan-16 due to the lower rates and having several loans stuck in large sale queues Can you please explain this to me because I find this tactic confusing: 1) Why give up interest by having your loan parts stuck in sales queues 2) If the loan looks like a bit of a duffer, so nobody is going to buy it from you, why not just hold to term and collect the interest. I see it as lowering my overall LTV in the event of default

The 1st of the month is the day I don't post any glass-half-empty doom and gloom, no whinging about rubbish updates, no worrying about being stuck with crappy looking loans that I can't shift. The 1st of the month is the day to worship SS and give thanks to the platform Indeed, that day has arrived yet again. Thank you Saving Stream/Lendy.

Interest run started very early today The problem is that whenever this platform does something well/early/good I wonder if there's an ulterior motive.

My lowest payment since Jan-16 due to the lower rates and having several loans stuck in large sale queues My lowest monthly interest payment since about 3 months after I started with SS. It rocked my system when I saw the amount but it was what I was expecting. And it was less than half of what I was netting this time last year. My gradual reduction strategy remains in place. I usualy manage to submit a withdrawal request every day and I've always withdrawn all my monthly interest since Day 1 so I'm in a good position overall if I go back in history. I constantly have about 25% of my holding up for sale and as things sell I list more loan parts. Occasionally I see goodies on the SM (like yesterday) and use a bit of my sale proceeds to elongate my tenure with LY but I know I'm strolling towards the door, albeit in a calm, cool and controlled way. A lot has changed in the last 3 months and one of those changes is that 13% is fast becoming the new 12%. As more platforms and loans chase a fixed number of investors and finite pot of funds, rates are being forced up. Unfortunately LY still haven't moved to smash their 12% ceiling to stay competitive. One point of note was a hint in the last update that sales at discounts or premiums might be coming on the SM. But that's a personal interpretation not a fact.

Mine seems a bit lower than it should be. Only have one 11%er and nothing has been up for sale, didn't buy anything new etc last month. Odd. No very late loans either.

I was somewhat busy Yesterday (interest day) but checked my interest today:
Spot on, to the penny (as always for my interest - excepting the April 1st shenanigans, and even that was spot on after the correction).
Many thanks Lendy.
