Interest is paid but not cash back. Even the loan is drawn down. I wonder why.

reply from lendy. if all investors in the cashback loan reinvest their interest back into lendy we will sort it out on monday. have a lovely weekend .gone fishing.

Is this thread for real? Are this many people really bothered by the time of day. There is plenty to legitimately call Lendy to rights on but if you're genuinely concerned whether the interest appears at 9am or 7pm on a given day maybe you need some other interests in life ... pun intended! Come on, is this what we want this forum to be, a tirade of misled ramblings. Repayments have come through today prior to the interest run and the moans and groans are still echoing round the forum. If we keep our gripes focused on what matters they are much more likely to be heard, this is just a cacophony of noise. The day it actually isn't paid on time then it might be worth putting fingers to keypad, this is madness, Rant over ..... Jester, Thanks for the input, always great to counter balance opinions. A couple of weeks later and the reliable borrower/broker (who had been pulling the wool over Lendy's eyes) is disputing the enforcement and trying to buy out on the cheap, get your house in order Lendy, this is shambolic. Hopefully it will be paid by midnight, otherwise Lendy WILL probably get a ROCKET from you…

Do you know why the cash back from PBL199 hasn't been paid yet? According to the terms; As part of this offer, lenders who fund tranches of a qualifying development loan will receive cash back worth 1/12th of the annual interest earned, (i.e. equivalent to one extra month’s interest per annum), payable as a one off at the same time as their monthly interest payment.Except it should be 'double bubble' of 2%, payable as a one off.  I am hoping that you might know the reason why it wasn't paid TWO days ago on the 1st June 2018 ?

May 2018's monthly interest has now been credited to all investor accounts."That may be due to the fact that Lendy know they still have to pay out the bonus (**2% CASH BACK OFFER**) interest for PBL199.

[Edit: Now paid, also PBL019 tranche 24 unexpectedly paid as well] (Lendy also have the problem that they forgot to remove the "CASH BACK" marker from some other loans such as PBL198 when cash back was paid, which creates a whole different set of problems for Lendy to resolve for people who invested on those loans after that point, but that's another set of issues, which don't directly affect me...)
