All mines in - excl 005 & 019 which apparently are coming later - that will give a total of almost £55 on over £15k investment - about 4.25% interest as far as I can simply work it - another drop
Decision FINALLY taken, regretfully as SavingsStream was my first none-high street adventure, as money comes in I'm taking it out & trying CrowdProperty. I wont sell my loans as they are bringing in funds but as they get repaid then I'll withdraw

Personally I get ZERO on a similar amount left now (of course I sold as much as I could and everything left is just stuck as default, forever probably). I did not put new money in for a while and if you don't put new money in, with Lendy, you end up in default Therefore it's negative interest rate considering inflation makes you reconsider the "nobody ever lost money with Lendy"

My interest was just under £10 but my frown was already upside down because my £17K spread across two phases of a THC development had already returned the capital in mid September and paid me £2.5K interest 2 days ago.

now down to about 20 per cent of the interest which I should have received so that's something like 2.5 per annum rate of return. Still better than a Building Society, except of course with a BS I could actually withdraw my capital, whereas with Lendy I now confidently expect to lose not less than 50 per cent of it. Ho hum...

You missed a bit of further bad news. You’re going to have to wait 3 or 4 years to realise losses. It might take even longer if LY go out of business and hand this sorry mess over to Administrators. Some have said bringing in Administrators might speed things up and lead to better recoveries but I’m not so sure about that as I’ve got money stuck in COL which is under Administration and literally nothing has happened for circa a year, not a single penny has been returned. With LY I am also doing my calculations based on 50% capital lossses. It’s a lot of money to lose but I’ve prepared myself for it, what I can’t accurately prepare for is the years and years of waiting and the distinct possibility that it won’t be LY running recoveries.

Haven't been following the Col story but weren't they unregulated so didn't have proper plans to wind down?
If the administrators came in for Lendy, surely the just get on with the job instead of coming back with lame excuses every month- and have no hesitation using the PF.

Haven't been following the Col story but weren't they unregulated so didn't have proper plans to wind down? If the administrators came in for Lendy, surely the just get on with the job instead of coming back with lame excuses every month- and have no hesitation using the PF. It seems COL didn’t have full FCA approval and hence FCA decided to shut them down, without any concern for investors. Administrators were appointed, so would roughly follow what we might expect to happen should LY give up the ghost. I can’t see what Administrators are doing behind the scenes at COL but there’s basically been no visible progress for a year apart from them presumably racking up huge fees. There’s been no updates, no progress reported, no plan published and no repayments; it’s basically a black hole. Some people are, sadly, posting on COL forum asking how this mess will be handled after they are deceased and how to ensure their Will has this covered. So, in the short term, I believe we are better in the hands of LY. What worries me is that LY is not a debt collection agency, will they stay in business just to help us recover our money, it seems unlikely.

PS hello from long time lurker As expected, I received 16 days interest for DFL005 for last month before the loan went IA. If you didn't get yours, suggest you contact Lendy Support. Good luck!

Steady as she goes good ship Ly. No weekend sailing on a school day. Water ski in if you have to. Our hopes are invested in you and all who sail in her. The 1st of the month is the day I don't post any glass-half-empty doom and gloom, no whinging about rubbish updates, no worrying about being stuck with crappy looking loans that I can't shift. The 1st of the month is the day to worship SS and give thanks to the platform The day of the 'interest payment run' cometh again.

It would help to have zero amounts added to the account so that I know that I got nothing rather than that I missed getting nothing due to some admin error.

Edit: and indeed since I wrote this post, I have received several non-zero amounts already...
