I managed to get in both of the first 2 loans, then had a brain fart and forgot 2 more were coming at 9:05. It was a little laggy but usable, I have a similar amount of credit to you currently but did not get any messages like that.

I bid on the renewal loans this morning (specifically BB00529) and twice got to the 'confirm investment' final screen prior to buying - and clicked. However, on both occasions I was then told to 'initiate a funds transfer' - but I had/have £300 in credit showing on my account (maximum bid was £25 per loan)?
I note all four loans quickly filled (to my annoyance - as I was clearly sufficiently FFF having twice reached the confirm screen and got an automated reply (but not the one I expected)) - so obviously not everyone had this issue.
Did anyone else experience any issues this morning? I had exactly the same problem on one of the first two renewals. It behaved as usual on the next two, all told I got an 'you don't have enough money' - not the case; two 'fully funded'; and one 'investment received'.

OK - so seems it was some IT glitch then (and not just me) - damn annoying though!
I hope COL take the above comment on board and ascertain what went wrong and why?

I had the same issue with the one 9.00 a.m. renewal I bid for, and queried it with Collateral. Their reply:
"We haven't noticed any issues with the platform this morning but we do occasionally notice on renewals with little rollover availability that there are a large number of investors trying to purchase the same loan parts. The system can only allocate loan parts to the investors that complete their transactions first and when there isn't sufficient availability left a pop up will show this.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused."
Doesn't really explain why the Transfer Funds pop-up box appeared though - I've never seen that before when a loan was fully filled.
It's an issue that seems only to have affected fully subscribed loans however, as I was successful in my bid for one of the 9.05 a.m. renewals.

Email sales greater than transaction sales. Monkeys need hanging on email side (mailchimp) as the purchase notifications from early this a.m. came through after 2:30pm. Different gremlins!

I have a question re the Collateral website on android mobile. Every other P2P website I use automatically inputs my passwords etc,Collaterals doesn't even though they are supposedly saved to the device. Any idea why this would be ? I'm on Nougat if that makes any difference Cheers

If you are using a Chrome browser on the device then the passwords are linked to your google account. You can delete the password from chrome://settings/passwords on a computer
