Perhaps my experience was not typical then? The site was smooth and snappy for me during today's SM frenzy leading up to 10am; nothing like the farce from a few weeks ago.

Website fine for me.
Wasn't able to buy more than one of the loan parts offered, which seemed to disappear in a microsecond, but I see his as a positive should I wish to sell anything in the future. (and anyway anything that is easy to buy makes me suspicious!!)

I was logged on from about 0900, both buying and selling, diversifying my holdings with no issues.
At 1000, when the new loan went live, there was a slight hold up when buying, but that was to be expected due to it being peak usage time.

For the first time in my collateral career I was able to buy and sell parts on my pc during an auction.no switching to smartphone necessary.

Not good today. I was able to buy my first loan part ok but got stuck on the second one. From 10:04 to 10:09 I was frozen on the confirm investment pane. I could navigate around the background page but the confirm investment pane was stuck. In the end, I closed the browser session, logged back on and tried again. My purchase had not been confirmed so I tried again and at 10:12 was successful. Yesterday, I cancelled my vote on slowly withdrawing funds, perhaps I might have been a bit premature. Me too. I left the confirm pane there and opened a new tab, signed in and made my purchase - the original tab was still stuck. Seems that the transaction just evapourated part way through processing.

Took about 45 seconds for each purchase to complete this morning but got there in the end.

It was sketchy for me for the first few minutes after 10am but managed to get into the jewellery loan eventually. By about 10:05 I attempted the car loan and was absolutely fine.

Hi,
I'll get the developers to look to see if there were any issues with the server etc this morning.
Many thanks,

Wasn't today the first time 2 loans have been launched at more or less the same time?
