m203 Not to date. Will check them out, as soon as I am allowed to. Just a side note: I have seen many platforms going abroad. It seems that they had a good scoring model or whatever which worked fine in their homemarket. In the new market they failed, as they were not aware about local circumstances or just wanted to blow up their portfolio as quick as possible. Therefore they welcomed everybody. This is just my first thought, might turn out to be wrong. Are you happy with your IDR investments? I am. Regards Yes! Very happy so far. I am uncertain regarding how much I will deposit. Possibliy a bit more money. BR

Are there any platforms open to international investors in Asia, for instance Singapore, Hong kong or elsewhere, that offer 10%+ net with a provision fund of some sort? Would be great to find something like Mintos or Twino in other countries to diversify a bit, too much exposure to EUR/GBP. Hi perpetualtraveler , m203 , buttchopf23 & southseacompany , As someone who is based out here in Singapore, I would say that the P2P/crowdfunding platforms out here are generally of dubious quality. Crowdo, as already mentioned, is probably the most credible (met the CEO Leo Shimada at the Singapore Fintech Festival in November 2016, great guy). But definitely approach with caution, caveat emptor, the deals are curated, but that doesn't mean risk-free. But if I understand your question correctly, you're looking for a secure P2P/crowdfunded lending platform which investors from (or based in) Asia can access. In which case, you don't have to restrict yourself to purely Asian platforms with Asian risk. Property Crowd ( www.propertycrowd.com) is set up so that we can take investment from most international investors (except the US), and Asia is obviously a big market for us - which is why I'm here. Feel free to register on our website to access deal details, engage me on the Property Crowd thread, or reach out to me directly for a chat (send me a message via email or LinkedIn). Regards, Charles

Regards, Charles Do you think it is really a good idea to point at platforms and call them dubious and then promote your platform as the big saviour? Sorry for that comment, but I could not hold it back as it was my first thought... or maybe I am over reacting and misinterpreted your comment (if so my apologies)

Simply stating an honest opinion that Asia is still very much behind the UK / US in terms of the P2P sector's maturity, regulation, etc., which has been formed from speaking with people on the ground here in Singapore. But I must apologise to perpetualtraveler for having misinterpreted his question - it seems he was indeed looking for "Asian investment platforms" rather than "platforms for Asian investors", in which case the deals that we currently offer would not fulfil that criteria to diversify away from EUR/GBP, although that is likely to change in the near future as we are looking to create a truly international offering.
