Not just yet, but should have a better idea in about an hour or two. Will revert back regardless before 4.30pm. Regards, Ed.

Apologies for the delay - got caught speaking to some people on our stand at LendIt.
It looks all ready for drawdown tomorrow morning. If so, we will announce it tomorrow to go live on Thursday.
Kind regards,
Ed

MoneyThing Weren't we promised some cashback on this loan for those lenders who were repaid early in the Cardiff loan?

If this is the borrower and football club associated with the prior loan mentioned then i think i will also skip this one. The fans of the club say it is massively in debt and has unsustainable wage bills. While the land obviously has resale value, normally when it comes to lower league football clubs, the process goes like this... over spend in the hope of promotion, go bust, points deduction, relegation, administration.

Perhaps a £5k (1%) or even a £10k (2%) bid limit would avoid disappointment, and shouldn't cramp too many people's style.

Acknowledged,
Bare bear in mind that the 1st tranche represents 21% of the overall loan and therefore the de-restricted 1st advance will be able to show how popular the loan will be and therefore if the loan does go too quickly, we can apply bid restrictions on the remaining 79%.
Kind regards,
Ed

The bear bare loan details inform us that the club "complete in League One"! How does that sit alongside the fans yearning for promotion, I wonder?
