Another update on MT, all three tranches paying back tomorrow apparently. Might result in a bit of movement on the SM.

Sorry to see this one repaid so soon in a way because it was one of my larger holdings on MT but it was very nice while it lasted.
Yet another successful outcome.

Great news Now if the borrower can hurry up and pay the ex-manager so he can pay off his COL loan, that would be great Hmm, must have missed that one - what's the number?

Enjoyed looking out for their results. Which is why I sat out of this loan. I couldn't bear the thought that I might be part of a wicked plot to throw a football club out of their home in the event that the loan defaulted. So I'm pleased that all turned out fine for everyone.

Great news Now if the borrower can hurry up and pay the ex-manager so he can pay off his COL loan, that would be great Hopefully he doesn’t spend all his compensation on clearing the loans at once so one can avoid the cash drag!

I sat it out just because I didn't really understand the intersect between football club (rich man's plaything), local amenities, development potential, football finances etc etc etc. Still, I am glad that it's worked out for everybody .

I wonder what happened to all the grand plans..
Quite possibly alive and on track ..... minus the committment to build a new stadium on the outskirts of town obviously.
(The stadium and grounds appear to be owned by another p2p borrower known to SD/GT)

Seems MT got shot of the ticking parcel in good time, but with 20/20 hindsight, I wonder why they ever owned it for a millisecond in the first place. 'House of cards' doesn't come closeto describing this borrower's empire.
