They have now locked my account "We need some documents to verify your identity." This after I have been investing in their loans for more than a month.
Hopefully this is just their new website being completely broken rather than something more serious, but it does give me serious cause for concern if they can't get the basics right.

Have you queried anything with them? They sometimes switch the verification off to fix your account. Might be worth trying again.

For last ten minutes site was soo slow.... and barely working..... sometimes would say error on page... was just about to log out and got the Account locked We need some documents to verify your identity.
i have been a 'member' for several years now..
Basically i think they having massive problems with their new site...... :-(

Also, in passing is anyone else having trouble with KeefOx / KeepAss on the new site?

Have you queried anything with them? They sometimes switch the verification off to fix your account. Might be worth trying again. Of course I have. They sent a stock message via their live chat so I replied expressing my disbelief. They haven't bothered to reply to date. Looks like I'm not the only one to have having this problem so it's likely just their systems falling apart. Hardly confidence inspiring, but could be worse, I suppose.

never had heard of KeePass before... looks like a good program tho..... i like the feature not everything is kept on the cloud.
well someone the other day was saying why is soo little discussed with lendinvest... well now that site does not work we have something to complain about!!!

I am the same. This is unbelievable , I tried to log on and it took ages to reply and now my account is locked. This sort of thing reminds me of the Selftrade ISA debacle. I do hope that this is not something like that.

I have just had a message back to say that "This is merely a minor teething issue with regards to the new platform". Let us hope.

just now clicked on login and got We’re in the process of running a few updates and have temporarily removed login access. We’ll return to a normal service shortly.

Yes account seems to be locked. Poor error messages and Reset Password just hangs.
Pretty poor overall.
