Assetz is juzt a little too difficult to me. I need some help!! My instructions aren't paused, but they don't execute. I tried to get in recently launched loans like Diamond Manufacturers and Redstart Tranche 2 some days ago. But all it shows is "Buying £40". I put the instruction before the launch and it hasn't executed yet, even though there is £1 million available now for Diamond. (PS: my money is in the Quick Access Acount, not in the Cash account.) Have you got free cash in the MLIA account? It needs to be showing in the MLIA box as awaiting investment (can be swept into QAA but not direct QAA investment)

Now it shows £10.21 awaiting investment. Do you know how long it takes to execute the instructions?

Now it shows £10.21 awaiting investment. Do you know how long it takes to execute the instructions? Not instant but usually fairly quickly after a target is set/funds provided. Unless you specifically want to have money in the QAA (or have more than £25k) there isnt any need to direct invest in QAA. You will get same rate of interest by having funds in the MLIA/cash account and sweeping them into the QAA whilst idle. So if you are trying to build a portfolio in the MLIA, set up instructions on all loans that interest you (even the seemingly rare ones), stick cash into MLIA pot, enable QAA sweep and leave the machine to whirl away.

Yes, it's gone now. Thanks for the tip! I put more money into MLIA and its balance ("awaiting investment") shows it's in QAA indeed. It's a pity I lost some opportunities there. I wouldn't have made this mistake if the MLIA balance showed £0 awaiting investment. The balance simply wasn't there.

Do you know how long it takes to execute the instructions? 0risk : I'm sure chris could give us a better answer but, based on my experience, I'd say within an hour or thereabouts.

Do you know how long it takes to execute the instructions? 0risk : I'm sure chris could give us a better answer but, based on my experience, I'd say within an hour or thereabouts. The system considers each loan in turn and cycles through them, with a bit of whizzy scheduling based upon demand and other events such as funds being deposited. Each loan takes a few seconds up to 30 seconds or so depending on how much activity there is, whether other background info needs updating, etc. so the precise amount of time is hard to estimate. But typically it would be once or twice an hour that each loan is checked.
