hi sussexlender andyp et al
.. Wonder whats going to happen next, I suspect there are many other property and 60 month loans about to go pear shaped, and they really dont want reminding every day about their failings by the likes of sussexlender and the bloodhounds like andy making them look like they dropped the soap in a prison shower..

I too am "out" except for defaults like this one. What would be the chance of a class action for negligence? i would also be interested in the possibility,

bloodhounds like andy making them look like they dropped the soap in a prison shower.. Colourful metaphors aside, I think you'll find it's the lenders that have dropped the soap in a prison shower, we just don't all realise it yet.

Now a Superbrand 381 days of utter failure by FC to protect investors.
But only 2 days to go before they kill off their Forum to try to stop people asking questions on technical topics such as "where is our cash" and "why have you done nothing for 12 months to get these borrowers to pay us backl"?

It is a Bank Holiday for investors with no repaid cash to use or spend from these 5 London hotel loans.
FC have allowed the borrowers to have 382 days holiday from paying what they owe under the contract.
Meanwhile they have the Hotel in Eastbourne, purchased with the equity released from the North London "Hotelaparts" after FC's hopeless Due Diligence. They have also avoided, with great skill, paying any Capital back but have cash from the Bank Holiday trade.
Score
Investors 0 ; Borrowers 1.7 million; [all own goals by substitute Mr. Superbrand Feeble Clott who was sent off after shouting at staff from the Bunker and shutting the Forum]

I have just saved all 44 pages of the London thread on FC forum in PDF form. If anyone wants a copy I will put a copy in my Dropbox that can be downloaded, just drop me a message.

Forwarded it to any finance savvy journos, like the one that was around a little while back taking an interest in P2P? Hmmm?

Now a glorious 386 days of failure by FC.
Will investors get a Friday Pubwatch update?

No chance! They will all be sat in a small circle wondering what to talk about now the forum is gone.

Now a glorious 386 days of failure by FC. Will investors get a Friday Pubwatch update? The Administrators report is now available on Companies House (for free if you use the CH beta site). Look under "filing history". Doing a web search for the lenders name plus companies house should be sufficient to find it. IMHO it's very grim reading. Section 4 of the report in particular. How FC can peddle the line that the situation remains "amber" on a traffic light scheme defeats me. Oh, by the way, another 3 property loans have failed to pay out on their due dates this week.

Thanks for the post. c88dnf
I have a copy of the report, but still want to keep reminding FC of their failure to give us updates.
We need to keep up the pressure on the appalling FC management for their total inablity to act to protect investors cash in these short term "secured" loans which turn out to be not so secure.
