Funded an initial 'tryout' deposit about 2 weeks ago. So far nothing invested.
What's the typical deployment time delay on Landbay.......if such a thing is possible to estimate?

Providing you have told it to invest your funds you still get interest on it. Even if it is not currently invested anywhere. I set up another account for the misses a few weeks ago nothing invested yet but still got an interest payment at end of last month.

I emailed them earlier this week with the same question as I have also had funds sitting there for several weeks. This is the reply they gave me.
As soon as there are loans available for you to invest in, your funds will be automatically moved from ‘Queued Investments’ to ‘Invested Funds’. The waiting time is dependent on our pipeline of mortgages which we are waiting to drawdown. Until the last couple of months we had not had funds queued for more than a week. However, due to the nature of mortgage applications they generally take 2 - 3 months to complete from the start of the application.
You have still been earning cashback payments on these funds, to the same rate of interest you would have received were your funds invested in a loan, so you haven’t been missing out.
