A new Spanish p2p site offers opportunities to invest in Spanish property. Although Spanish property has a bad rep it has recently turned around, schemes such as the Spanish Golden Visa and the economic recovery in Europe are helping, the falling pound and Brexit could slow the property recovery. More than 1 million euros have been invested in Inveslar already.. Carles Serradell one of the founders of Inveslar, has also founded”The Crowd Estates”. Looks like a Spanish version of PM. If you look at this one for example - inveslar.com/es/proyecto.php?casa=10026 - does that mean 33% return per year, or 33% return over the whole 60 month period? How would tax work for UK residents? Update: I asked their support: answer was you need a local NIE document "(documento español de identificación de extranjeros)" and the 33% is over the whole 60 months, so not that great.
