Not really looked at the auto invest but how come you invest 5% in them and 20% in the manual investments.

ben - sorry I missed the message. Unfortunately I don't have an answer to this query as the decision was made by the Kuflink Credit Committee. I can send them an email to gather more information and respond back to your query. My finger in the air answer to the query is that we are trying to match our competitors in the lending space. kuflink I would have liked to participate in the ISA cash back offer, but I could only do it through a transfer in as I cannot subscribe any of this year's allowance, and you have not left enough time for that. Is there any way I can commit now to making the transfer (say £10k) and so qualify for the cash back?.

littleoldlady, yes, absolutely. If you could initiate the process of the transfer in within the next 2 days from your previous year's ISA, we will honour the cash back offer. The auto invest pool will have new properties within the next few days, your ISA transfer will take up to 17 days so as soon as your money hits our bank account, we will make the investment and pay out the cash back. Just wanted to point out, cash back is tax free (please confirm with your FAs or accountants) Hari

Should be with you Tuesday, but I assume you can see that I opened an ISA and downloaded the form this am.

Thank you for your comments and feedback, this is certainly very encouraging. ben, I have confirmed from our CEO regarding the 20% vs the 5% stake of Kuflink Bridging in our loans (select vs auto). We wanted to keep the Auto Invest at par with the likes of other similar platforms (Octopus Choice, Brick Lane etc). We have received similar feedback as on the forum and would be interested in hearing your thoughts too.
