Today is interest day for this loan. I have seen interest for tranche 1,3,4 but nothing for tranche 2. Why?
Interest is on 9th for tranche 2.

Interest is on 9th for tranche 2. Why is that? They all end up on the same date 7/11/17, so they all should pay on the 7th. Explained here

The borrower has been very unlucky. This is the second time a potential purchaser has dropped out after negotiations were well advanced.

The amounts on the SM is challenging the levels of BPF5** - and the latter is a definite default!

The borrower has been very unlucky. This is the second time a potential purchaser has dropped out after negotiations were well advanced. I was lucky and sold out yesterday as I had already become very dizzy with the recent antics. But I suspect there are a lot of unlucky buyers out there now who bought in on the previous update expecting to get a safe 13% and then get the investment back in just a few days.
Now all the tranches have joined those berks at the top of the SM availability charts and I guess that qualifies for a better Panic of the Day than the last one which was developing just before the previous update ...

The original loan overview states that the borrower has an offer from another funder to refinance the MT loan, once PP has been granted. It might be helpful to know whether or not that offer is still extant.
