I see the 3rd tranche is listed for this afternoon. I haven't seen any notification for this.

I received an email yesterday at 16:12 third tranche, MTA1578. Somewhat unusually, it doesn't seem to have been posted up here though.

As time marches on are you certain that tranche 4 of Loans MTAI 578 etc will not be used to pay off Loans MTAI 582/3 ? This may have no material affect on the security of the loan but it would be something I would take into consideration regarding investment into tranche 3 and/or 4.

(I don't like accessing the bank when on foreign WiFi, otherwise I would have done).

What reasons were given for the sale falling through, why did the prospective purchaser walk away? Loan Update: MTAI576 to MTAI579 Hotel & Restaurant in Prestbury After a considerable amount of time spent by the borrower in response to the acquisition offer from the interested party looking to acquire the property & business, the borrower has just withdrawn from negotiations and as such the sale is no longer proceeding.
The borrower has now decided to proceed with the original plan and submit planning for the retirement apartments which will be submitted next week. Lenders will be able to view the submission on the local authority planning portal approx. 14 days after. (Please see Planning Submission Excerpt attached to the loan particulars).

Thanks fp , I'm aware of the update but it doesn't provide an answer as to why the discussions surrounding the purchase ended, so please MoneyThing could I seek your help as to why this occurred? I think the point is that it was the seller that walked away, not the purchaser.
