There have been dozens of £87 chunks sold on the SM today. Presumably, many people have their automatic prefund set and prefunded 'by mistake' when they didn't actually want any of this.

Previous allocations were also limited so they probably did want it in an ideal world but didn't want to bother with such a small loan part (I know I sold £7 of mine yesterday to make it a bit more of an even number...and was almost tempted to sell it totally)

Several £60 chunks have appeared and been snapped up in seconds on the SM.
Presumably some prefunded 'accidentally' and are getting rid.

Confirmed £60 for me ... it's a rare day when I don't even get my £100 minimum order!!! I expected to get low amounts on today's loan because it's interest day and at 12%, they are better then anything else in the pipeline. I also expected more then £60. I asked gor £300 in both of today's loans.

A mini-tranche of £52,857 was dumped on the SM today at 11:02.
Loan increased from £1,027,619 to £1,080,476. LTV from 57% to 60%

Given some of the concerns that were expressed in the PBL191 (The ***** Hotel, N*******) thread concerning the viabillity of that development as proposed, its perhaps worth noting that PBL191 and DFL009 are separate SPV's with a common director and shareholder.
I've been getting a little concerned by the timeline on the updates on this loan, and took the opportunity with the SM liquidy this evening to sell my stake in this loan:
11/05/2017 Development is all but finished and Borrower now looking to actively market completed units for sale over the remaining term of the loan. 06/07/2017 Borrower is going to forward latest marketing material early next week. Completed units are being actively marketed by the Borrower's own internal sales team. 21/07/2017 Build complete. We have asked borrower to forward marketing material and continue to chase. 04/08/2017 [...] they are now in the final stages of furnishing the property ready to take the professional photos for the marketing material within 2 weeks. [...] 17/08/2017 [...] 31/08/2017 The borrower has confirmed that they are now in the final stages of furnishing the property ready to take the professional photos for the marketing material within 2 weeks. [...] 15/09/2017 The borrower has confirmed that marketing of the completed units will commence shortly [...]
Which can perhaps be summarised as 2.5 months of hot air about marketing materials, with apparently Lendy not receiving anything. I've tried (not very hard it has to be said) to find anything online about this, and come up with nothing, apart from the negativity regarding the buildings previous use as a budget hotel. The most recent update includes
28/09/2017 [...] We have requested evidence of the refinance from the borrower and will continue to monitor.
One has to wonder whether that request will be treated any more favorably than the earlier request for copies of marketing materials.
