Hi ozboy, We also do our own due diligence, and if it didn't match listed properties near by etc, we wouldn't accept the valuation. As we discussed at the investor visit, we start with the exit and have turned down or offered much less than wanted by borrowers on numerous property deals and will continue to adopt this approach on all future deals. Many thanks, Gordon

Well, given the increasing Default Rates trend on one or more Platforms you'll be getting an excellent workout; shedding several pounds from the profuse perspiration. The FS Londonderries are currently keeping me fit.

anyone wishing to prefund a slice of the new grouped jewellery loan would be well advised to do so as soon as they can. It is currently 80% full on the prefund alone. I have a feeling this will fill well before the second round of bidding.

I have a feeling this will fill well before the second round of bidding. I think that's more than likely too, only another sixty £65 bites to go right now (c19% ~ c£4000 left). I guess this is what comes of hitting your 1,000 investors milestone

At least this way people have a few hours to pre-fund and grab a bit even if it does sell out. Much better than the FFF frenzy at 10:00am which was the situation before pre-fund was introduced.

I agree...and it's a day without interest having to be paid to investors...

Mtb9 the way things were is no different than now in terms of timing for interest being paid. You had 24hours notice, no bids, go live, fff, interest pays immediate as drawdown wasnt delayed normally. No different now unless you have moved funds from elsewhere before the interest cut off time but that is your decision not Collaterals.

Point taken Stub3585, my point was more in connection with the pre-fund go live FFF scenario, with the loans becoming almost 90% full the day before go-live there would be large sums of money deposited with the platform that would not receive interest.

It is still a matter of timing wherever the money comes from though. If you wait till the platforms cutoff time to sell then move the money you can remain fully funded if you are the type of person that chases every last farthing. Personally, its not important in the whole scheme of things but I take your point too.

For those too young there were 4 farthing to a penny and 12 pennies to a shilling which became a 5p coin. Just 4 context.

On the smaller loans I just prefund for the first limit do not bother with the second limit as can not be bothered with the hassle.

Morning, Just to let you know we have a loan, split by tranches going up this afternoon. As soon as I have final details I'll post here and email out. Many thanks, Gordon Hi Collateral Rep, this one sounds interesting and I sold up to leave some powder dry in readiness, is this one likely to progress, thanks.
