I managed to get a little bit of one loan and was confused (easily done) when it wouldn't let me have any of the other. Eventually I realised that the bid limit took account of the original amount invested (like on FS). I already had £50 of that one.
It didn't really help with clarity that the rollover was happening simultaneously, so my displayed available balance was going up and down like a yo-yo (yoyo?).

Same but that was bound to happen as only a few people would have been able to get them.

Exactly the same happened to me, only I got the page up instantly it went live made the bid, confirmed and it just froze. Opened a new available loans tab and there was even some still left, but by the time I tried again it was too late. I shall just have to give up on all these renewals and the SM until I get back to a faster internet connection. The withdrawal request went through without freezing at least . Any new loans coming up this week Collateral Rep?

I was so busy trying to work out why my balance had increased (part of the clunky renewal process I believe) that I almost missed it. I managed to grab the last £40 of the first one but the second one informed me I had to limit my bid to MINUS £140.

Hi star dust, We have new loans coming (hopefully this week) but just waiting on valuations. As soon as I have details I post here and put the loans in pipeline. Many thanks, Gordon

The bidding limit of £50 takes account of that (like on FS). I only had £40 before, bid £50, got £10.

Morning Gordon. Whilst I don't have a problem with your "FS style" renewals policy, can you point me to the post/email where this was made clear to investors, as I appear to have missed it.

Any new loans coming up this week Collateral Rep ? That's got nothing o do with small loan renewals. Exactly same thing happened to me a while back on a new loan - confirmation panel just froze, had to kill session and start again - and that was with a 70 mps fibre broadband connection. Still haven't had an explanation for the problem. Good to see they're on top of things. I wasn't suggesting it was related to loan size, but if it does happen again there is more chance of being able to start over and hopefully succeed with a bigger loan. I haven't got a hope with the SM at the moment because that one is down to my internet connection, too many sharks out there unless I happen across a lone loan part at an odd time of day

Hi,
I've asked the developers to get back to me why the screen is freezing for some investors.
As for the bid limit on renewals, it does take into consideration what part you all ready have in a loan. So if you have £40 and selected the auto-invest in a loan, when it's renewed with a £50 bid limit it will only allow you to go to the bid limit which means £10 of the renewal loan. For investors who have more than this we have changed the message so it won't show a minus figure.
Many thanks,
Gordon

Pretty sure I got a £50 bidding limit displayed before I bid however.
