I haven't seen any sign of sellout contracts this week, that's what really pushed the rates up imo Probably being slow, but how do you identify sellouts rather than new loans? The lending volume ("Weekly Volume" under rate treans) is still historically very low, but the funds available are depleted so I assume the difference is sellouts, or is the cash put on offer much lower due to money withdrawn and reduced new funds? Not sure about the latter as cannot readily follow market rate money used to meet pre-agreed loans (either new or sellouts).

As long as you are listing a half decent amount you will see micro loans, ie loans that are for very small amounts which often also have short or odd periods
Some you wont detect for sure but if your regularly matching you did see batches of these loans come through

Right. They've just about cleared the "borrower" availability and my 6.2% marker was gobbled up. Now for the weekend games. Hmmmmph! Nothing!

Today's MR is 5.8%. There are only £58K lender offers below that, all on the "undercut game" it seems. Therefore RS are recommending "lend right now" at 3.7% FIVE YEAR! Apparently, RS only have one borrower offer (terrible business times are hard) at 3.7%. PASS!!

An hour on and practically no movement.
1 year market also has more to borrow than lend but no trades.

I see over £870K of those borrowers are just five orders (now eight). I will gamble on RS dealing with these this evening, taking large chunks of lender money quite suddenly as new "lend now at 5.9%" fails to materialise. Let's speculate at 6.8% with this morning's repayment money.

Your 6.8 would probably have got taken within a week. I’m only doing rolling at the moment and due to the short nature of the contracts it’s not worth waiting long for better rates. If you’re gonna lend for 1825 days tho you can afford to wait a few days to get the right rate.

Everything at 6.3 and below got matched + about £30k of 6.4.
After my original post I went in at 7.3 but after lots of new money at 6.0 I changed to 6.3 (only £15 so not too exciting) don't know when it matched - no email yet - still awaiting completion.
The matching would have to have been a lot quicker to get a better rate.
The guys on 20% are going to have a long wait!
We need a couple of £300k orders at 09:30 to get it going again.

The anomaly is back.
Now's the time to jump in front of £550K worth of lenders already Q-ing at lower rates. Offer cash at 6.5% and you'll get an immediate 6.5% match. Can't understand why RS don't just take the £413K needed for that loan from existing lender offers at lower rates. I'm not complaining, however!!!

I had a sum in at 6.2 and it was not touched. Upped the asking rate to 6.5 and it went immediately.
