... I am keen to get our ISAs underway so I have put in all funds already transferred in from a previous Cash ISA, and will now request another tranche to be transferred ready for the next loan. Have filled in forms for another tranche of cash from old ISA but there is nowhere to put the account number of the LLI ISA if you already have one open. I expect they will sort it out.

Hi littleoldlady, there are no issues if a ISA manager does not know the account number that an investor holds with us.

Hi all. Just a quick update about the secondary market.
We’ve completed all development, along with accompanying help guides. This is all prepared and ready for launch imminently.
On the legal side however, the Assignment Agreement (responsible for transfer in ownership of loan parts being sold on the secondary market) is undergoing more revisions than we anticipated, introducing a small delay.
We appreciate your patience and look forward to launching the secondary market next week.
Regards, Filip

The legal review is now complete and we are ready to launch the secondary market tomorrow. Email will be sent to all registered lenders once it goes live. Thank you for your patience and please let me know if you have any feedback once it is launched.

Secondary market now live. Havent tested it but seems simple but effective
@filipkaradaghi
no reference to SM in IFISA T&CS which isnt a specific issue as covered by main T&Cs but will the transfer of loan parts between standard account and IFISA account via SM be permitted by platform
I assume if you have your ID set to anonymous then the SM wont identify you as buyer/seller in the same way as the primary market doesnt show who has made a bid? Edit Further example shows this is correct
I assume that the SM operates 24/7 its just the authorisation that is only available in office hours? (restricted authorisation times doesnt appear to be referenced in FAQ)
What does it mean where a transaction is shown as 'pending'? Is that where the transaction is waiting for approval or has been approved and not actioned? (FAQ says it will disappear form SM while waiting approval, thought they seem to visible just under activity)
Have you got anything in place to prevent the deployment of bots? Can the admin see if a transaction has occurred in a unrealistic timeframe?

If it is fine, I will get back to you once things have settled down at our end - hopefully later this afternoon.

Can the admin see if a transaction has occurred in a unrealistic timeframe? Hi ilmoro. We are preventing sales across accounts, i.e. an investor is not able to transfer loan parts between the investor's Standard and IFISA account. The SM operates 24/7 but an administrator will only review and approve (or decline) transactions between 9.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday. This is set out in the T&Cs, but we will add it to the FAQ page as well, thank you for the suggestion. "Pending" means that a bid has been made for a loan or loan part and that the administrator is reviewing it. We will add an help key or define it in some other way so that it is more clear. We always monitor activity the platform, and have a range of tools to do so. Any transaction that might look out of the ordinary will be reviewed carefully and may not be approved. Please let me know if you have any further questions or suggestions for improvement.

Just had a quick look at the new sm.
istm that there is no option to buy a smaller amount other than the whole amount offered for sale.
This seems a little odd, or have I got it wrong?

From a tech point of view, it is quite simple given that we have the necessary infrastructure in place. Sorry that I cannot be more specific at this point, but we are aware of that some investors would like to see this function going forward and we are considering it. Regards, Filip

Regards, Filip Hi Filip Is there any chance we can be notified of when new loans on sm are available? Hi rs. We are developing a function where investors can choose to receive real time updates once loan or loan part becomes available on the secondary market. It is part of additional secondary market functions to be released, including the possibility to buy parts of loan parts. We expect to release these functions within a month.
