Thank you Filip We are all looking forward to your offerings. What is the minimum trade size ? And will you have the very important Secondary Market ? Happy New Year Thank you, webbski9. Minimum investment is £100. We have an secondary market (not automated yet) but we do not expect it to be very liquid at the beginning, so investments on our platform should be considered illiquid. However, we hope that the secondary market will become more liquid over time, depending on the amount of lenders etc.

10% maximum is low compared with SS and MT.
Why would I invest in a new platform with no track record and a relatively low return for what I consider to be a higher risk?
P2P is a tricky business, lenders will stick with the established platforms unless there is some incentive on offer.

According to my interview with Filip the returns are up to 12%. I posed the same question.
In my opinion we should see landlordinvest as addition to our portfolio and not as alternative to another.

This could well be the norm on SS in the not too distant future, IMO, its worth giving some of these new platforms a little bit of support, as they may be the ones laying the golden eggs before too long.

P2P is a tricky business, lenders will stick with the established platforms unless there is some incentive on offer. Good points jeepers. We are indeed new and have no track record. Further, each investor has different risk characteristics, and we're striving to offer favourable risk adjusted returns for investors that seek little risk and for those that are prepared to carry higher risk. Other things to consider are: (1) LandlordInvest is fully FCA authorised - it is not clear if platforms operating under interim permission will become fully FCA authorised - this link might be helpful (http://www.bwbcompliance.com/blog/initial-findings-on-crowdfunding-released) (2) Being fully FCA authorised, we will shortly launch a Innovative Finance ISA, offering investors the possibility to earn tax free returns. P2P is indeed tricky business, especially given the amount of platforms, but we hope that we're able to offer additional diversification to investors with our approach.

The three loans on the front page are examples and i'm currently unable to access the loans "pending underwriting"

We have few loans in the pipeline and are hoping to display the first loans shortly.

If not can you provide a brief explanation on your process in these situations Thank you Good morning, daveb4. We are clear with borrowers that we require monthly interest payments. As such, for income producing properties (BTLs), we will ask the borrower to provide us with proof that the property is income producing (ASTs etc.) and for non-income producing properties (certain bridging loans), will we look to retain interest throughout the loan period. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
