Might be the snow so is there an outstanding charge or not of £400k Just to be clear...this is the response ive just received from FS via live chat "FS are the 1st charge holder for the day nursery. This has been checked this morning by looking at the Land Registry. It seems Companies House have not removed the charge that was held before ours however the Land Registry is the correct source for information regarding charges."

So we have verbal or written proof from FS - ok I will chip in all my old tenners I have down my sofa

I hope they have evidence from the borrower that this previous loan was repaid. We don't want a future update "The borrower had informed us......"

Why is this the same rate as the senior loan? Good question..... for FS perhaps ?..2nd thoughts...perhaps they feel that as the LTV of 56.3% is still relatively low..that it doesn't justify an increase. If the majority of my investment were at 56% Id be as happy as Larry. Anyway, as I have a decent wedge of the 1st tranche I wont be thrashing the piggy bank too hard for this one

Why is this the same rate as the senior loan? I imagine it's because the LTV is so low. The loan will be snapped up within a minute.
