As a direct investor I am very happy. I agree - except that direct investors were excluded from the Seedrs discussion. If I were to do it again then I'd keep a small amount back for Seedrs just to see the discussion.

Maybe, but I have found the quarterly updates ok and it's not as if you can get your money back yet so the discussion is a little pointless anyway!

My share certificate arrived at 3:30pm today. No sign of them for me.... If it takes them a month to issue shares, what hope of seeing the EIS3s this tax year?

My share certificate arrived at 3:30pm today. Has anyone else seen their Share Certificates? According to SEEDRS I now have some shares, but no certificates after a month. PS. In addition I tripped over that SEEDRS are no longer issuing paper EIS3s, you must download them without knowing that they are available? ?

When I checked Mon I didnt have any shares, now I have so they have only been allocated in last few days. No sign of any share certificate to view so seems to be a work in progress by Seedrs. There will be an email sent out once the share certificate is avaliable on line Comment on another raise is that EIS is c3months, though they are trying to get it down to 6 weeks

My shares became visible today. When I looked yesterday they weren't listed yet

My shares became visible today. When I looked yesterday they weren't listed yet Share price at conversion: £1.359367283 before discount, £1.087493826 after discount - what I love about AC is that £1.36 wasn't an acceptable price, why have easy when things can be over complicated?
EDIT: Downloadable Share Certificate arrived 18.25 7/6/17 via e-mail

Would be true to Assetz style :-) but you can see in the comments that it was not their doing, but a result of Seedrs nominee structure

FYI for anyone who hasnt seen the update last week.
Date on certificates is wrong, Seedrs are sorting. Dont know if this affects direct investors.

Is It worth investing into the last offer of equity or has the ship sailed.
Any advice/opinions would be appreciated.
(p.s. the tax issue is N/A)

Depends on how you see/gauge the outlook for the company and p2p lending in general. I have invested a small amount into this round as I am positive on both.
P.S.: I will publish an interview with Stuart Law, CEO tomorrow
