What I want to see is a fresh current valuation, cost to complete and anticipated GDV. Then we'll have some transparency on best outcome for lenders. <nods> "Valuation for unfinished building site not particularly great." Hold the front page.

Lendy investors are in a very strong position with this loan so I'm inclined to hold out for everything that is owed. Apartment buyers have my complete sympathy and I hope they do pursue criminal action against the people that have mismanaged this development. However, unless they are prepared to pay the debt that is owed, they will end up with nothing as unsecured creditors. Let's see what the next few days bring.

An update on 1st the reported an offer made and a further update within 7 days. Silence. I'm going to assume the lack of excitement and a further update means investors have bad news coming, cynical little old me.

Clearly disappointing that after all the positive spin, it appears that the Lendy machine continues to over promise and under perform and treat lenders with disdain.

The frustrating thing is, there are a number of loans which Lendy promised an update with the w/c 4th Feb, and yet not one update on any of them. If it was just this particular loan then I could understand, but no further information from any of them? Poor show Lendy.

If the new recovery team were half as smart as Lendy claimed, they've probably all cleared off leaving Lendy in the lurch.

Like many I suspect, I could not see how this prestigious and already largely sold project could end up like this and I'm heavily invested, although invested is probably the wrong word. Every day goes by I wonder how much their "external recovery and legal team" are taking from our security in fees. The vultures have landed to strip the meat and we might get a few bones.
