This one received a 59 day extension today. Term was increased from +46 to +105 days.

DFL011's GF commercial unit is going live on Proplend on Monday 11am (£626k loan, Tranche A 64% LTV & Tranche B 50% LTV)

(partial repayment of £580k made on this DFL with a reduction in the security - I'd guess one of the two funders came through just in time)

Repayments on Lendy are no different to any other platform Quite. Even Ablrate has over a third of its' current loan book failing to return capital to lenders when due. Oh... wait... no it doesn't. abl loans are normally multi-year so we may not see that can for a while although a few terms coming up this year. So far, a surprisingly good record seeing as we aren't given monitoring updates except when re-packaged - it helps when APF take loans back off the books whether they were secured or not and portfolio loans might redeem another one or two. Some tricks Ly could learn from, if they weren't already in the abyss  .

another month extension now 33 days
DFL004 wont surprise me if this happens as well

Funders for example have been known to pull out or change terms last minute, causing huge delays. Not that I'm saying that will happen here. I hope for Lendys success and mainly lenders' sanity, it gets refinanced soon. I always liked the loan, so it could be missed by some too.
