I have had 3 repayments so far in December plus the monthly interest payment so I now have 4 pending investments. Please can vanessaiman explain why these repayments occur as looking at your loan book, none of the loans have their end date on the date of these repayments. The dates were 9th, 19th and 21st of December. Are there any plans to show which loans from the loan book our own individual investments are in? Hi keystone, I hope you are well. I do apologise for the confusion, borrowers are able to redeem their loans before the repayment date. This is why some of the the loans you are invested in have a repayment date earlier to what was expected. We are in the works to make our loan-book clearer and more straightforward as we go into the new year. Please do let me know if you have any questions. Best, Vanessa

Hi keystone, Yes, you're correct there were no loans that had a maturity date in January. The loan that was redeemed yesterday had its loan agreements changed and has since been re-loaded under new terms. The postcode of this investment is UB4. Please do let me know if you have further questions. Best, Vanessa
