What period have you got it set to show you? It seems to default to tax year 14/15

What are "other earnings" in the earnings to date section?

JimC Other earnings include referral and cash-back payments. FS , I may be wrong but I don't believe that "Other earnings" does (yet) include referral payments. In my company account, when I try to reconcile "Total funds" and total "Earnings to date" against the net cash stake (ie. total of all cash deposits less withdrawals), I'm left with £25 of unexplained earnings. This difference tallies with a £25 referral bonus received on 12/2/16. The statement entry for the referral bonus reads " Bank Transfer Credit to your account - Reference: referred r*******g", akin to an extra cash deposit from outside the platform. Meanwhile my "Other earnings" figure is just £4.05 In my personal account, the dashboard reconciliation error is £50 which again tallies with a £50 referral bonus I received on 5/7/16. This payment too is recorded as " Bank Transfer Credit to your account - Reference: referred m***t". Meanwhile, the "Other earnings" figure tallies exactly with the loan cash-backs I've earned. These used to appear in the statement as " Bonus Credit to your account - Reference: Cashback loan ID: **********" but those I've earned since August read " Cashback from investment into loan **********". Can you please update the "Other earnings" calculation formula to pick up such referral bonuses under "Other earnings" and so enable full account reconciliation? Many thanks.
