next working day after my post - this has happened before - coincidence or not this is relatively good news but what happens if the tenant wants 6 months notice? Despite me stating (well before this one was defaulted) the main house was vastly over-valued, the BLT1 valuation seems quite reasonable to me or even sligher under what it may achieve.. even it goes for the full valuation it is only going to make a modest improvement to the overall loss.
