OK account approved. However the PIN. I used the pin change procedure - yes for once I knew the answer to the secret question (I do know who my father is I'm pretty sure), but it didn't work and I'm blocked. I emalied for help some 16 hours ago, I phoned just now, but I think there's no-one home. How many people are there in the office?

Hi shimself, Our Operations Manager (David) who is the only person who can deal with your query was unfortunately in a meeting this morning. He tried to call but didn't get through. And it's been on the market for 7 months. I can see roughly comparable properties at far lower prices. - W hat happens if it still doesn't sell Thanks

Hi shimself, Please find below the reply from our loan director to your questions regarding Bidston Hill Residential Bridging Loan "The valuer for Relendex re-inspected the properties on Friday 5th May and has provided his opinions on value based on his knowledge of the local market and comparable evidence that will be detailed in his full valuation report when available. The loan to value is at a very acceptable 60% and which provides scope for the borrowers to accept much lower prices if need be and still fully repay the loan. The borrowers want to realise their gains from this project and reinvest in further opportunities and so their strategy will be to consider all realistic offers for the properties rather than simply holding back for as long as possibly hoping for increased offers. The properties were listed some months ago as they were initially considering trying to secure off-plan sales but they realised that the best chance of securing more attractive prices was to complete the properties so that buyers could better see what the end product looked like. I'd like to comment that while this means of correspondence is working ok for me, I'd much prefer it if you had a q&a for each loan on your website, which would allow me to benefit from other lenders wisdom and insights.

Hi Nomad, Just goes to show that nothing gets past this forum . Conwy Residential Bridging Loan is actually not yet eligible for listing on the Resale Marketplace yet as we await the second apartment sale.
