Repayment 8 days overdue, not good. Even worse no update from ReBs what so ever, not one finger on a keyboard. ReBs promised us better communication, even employed a communicator but zero. Is there anybody there keeping an eye on repayments, if not why not. Could say more, over to you ReBs.
Our agents have tried to make contact with the borrower, however have not been able to speak to them as yet, As per our usual policy, our external credit control team contact the borrower on the first day a payment becomes overdue. Whilst we are currently unsure why an update from them has not been posted yet, we have requested that they update lenders via the updates tab shortly. Further updates will be posted shortly.
The latest as far as I'm aware (without having yet spoken to the our agents myself) is as posted on the loan updates tab on Monday. "23/01 Customers has informed us payment had been made last week. we have requested evidence of this payment but had no further response.Further call has been made to Paul and message left on his answering machine. Call to company informed Janet is in a meeting requested she calls us back urgently."
We will now write formally to the directors and/ or guarantors informing them that we may shortly seek to call in the security. Our recovery agents will continue to contact the borrower on a daily basis.
I'll contact the recovery agents myself and find out if there has been any progress since Monday.
As far as i know there has been no further communication from the borrower since the last update. Following the formal letter to the directors they have 10 days to respond and bring the account up to date. This means we will review the account again early next week to determine the next course of action.
Hi Kylie, only seem to get some answers on here rather than on the update tab. Are we to get two repayments shortly as it has been 28 days since payment was due. 28 days of calls and emails. 28 days for the director who said payment had been made and sent to the wrong account. 28 days for their financial controller to investigate and find an answer. Technology that slow ??

In an Update to lenders 27th January 2017 you say ………’you will be moving this account onto DD from next month’………, yet a Loan Update from you in July 2016 confirming that payment (for that month) had been taken was headed.. Subject - ‘Direct Debit’. Other lenders asked you similar questions in both June & July.
Has there or has there not been a DD in place for this account, & if not, why not??
Yesterday Rebs Collections stated………. 06/02 Janet currently busy, spoke with Lynn (Financial controller) who is currently investigating the missing payment. requested we call her back in the morning when she will have an answer.

Is there an explanation as to why Jan`s payment was so late. There are micro loans up for sale but more clarity is needed for lenders to be confident in buying these, it also benefits ReBs. Maybe an update on how the company is performing from one of the directors. The odd update is posted on the discussion tab by some companies which are interesting for us as lenders, gives us confidence and keep`s us in the loop.
We have not had a full explanation from the directors, communication form their end has not been very forthcoming. We'll keep trying to get more information on the business for you, should we be able to get more information, this will be posted on the loan profile's Updates Tab.
