It still shows on RightMove as being for sale at £1.85m (against the valuation of £2.845m).
Perhaps they got the repayment money from elsewhere rather than sale?
Edit though just noticed the land acreage seems to have changed from the valuation which would affect things.

Another fantastic outcome. Glad to see the end of an 11% loan.
This £1.8 million should electrify the SM as the day wears on.
LY is really starting to perform again, the repayments just keep coming and there's another biggie due next week (PBL147).

Email says full repayment inc bonus: We would like to announce the full repayment of the above loan.
1. All investors in this loan should now have the capital credited to their Lendy accounts. 2. All outstanding interest will be included in interest payments at the end of the month. 3. The bonus accrual payment has also now been credited to investor accounts.

I for one am glad that they've stopped adding that annoying 'PAID IN FULL' stamp across the picture... I found it particularly annoying... but I have no real idea why... it just was!
Mmmm, dunno for sure as not in this one; but IIRC it was probably at -10 or -12 days by now, so definitely on IA if only a bit ? Could well be one of a bunch of email templates I guess .............

Based on 13 days over due, I'm presuming 11% * 50% / 12 = 0.458% bonus accrual per month, so a headline '0.46%' as this is month 1. And an actual bonus repayment pro-rata'd for 13 days of 11% * 50% / 365 *13 = 0.196% or 1.96p/£ Does that seem about right on paper and does it tie in with actual bonus payments? I got 84p bonus for my £400 holding so 0.21p per £ held

I make Lendy correct. Based on your post elsewhere it went into Tolerance on 28/7 at 12.30 (ie one day overdue) and was repaid c2pm today 10/8. So one days bonus had acrrued at 2pm 28/7, 2 on 29 on so on 30, 31, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. 7, 8, 9, 10. Or have I got it wrong? (Usually do with maths these days)

(Usually do with maths these days) ilmoro, you are quite correct: It hit IOA>IA (or ticked to -1) at 12:42 on July 28th. So, it should have ticked to -14 at 12:42 today. It repaid at 14:18 so the 14 day bonus is, of course, correct!
Like @new2p2p, I saw the -13 days on the repaid loan details. That's why I commented that Lendy's calculations are often a day out. At that time, I didn't know which was the correct figure (-13 or -14) but you have done the maths correctly as far as I'm concerned and resolved the issue.
The most interesting point is that the bonus seems to be paid pro-rata on a daily basis.

Exit for this loan was meant to be via sale of the property.
As the house is still up for sale on the valuers website and rightmove, is anyone aware of it being refinanced on another site?
