Hi Brush,
I'll aim to get an update to you by the end of the day.
The usual Wednesday updates were delayed due to staff training yesterday, but will go out today.

My colleague Michael sent out a full update yesterday, which you should have received by email. The update is also available on the loan updates tab.

Surprise us lenders with one. brush HI brushI have spoken to the recovery team and they have notified me that the last update was sent via email on the 30/06/2017, it seems that the updated was not posted on the Updates Tab for the loan, I have not added it to the tab. If you have capital in the loan you should get a direct email update, if you haven't received the email, please email support@rebuildingsociety.com and they will make sure you are added to the distribution list. I am told that there has not been much progress since the update last month, whilst we await the report from the trustee, however an update should be sent out this week.

Hi kylierebsoc, Yes i have capital in the loan but received no email for the june update but have received them for all the other updates. So must be on the distribution list. ? brush |

So from the latest update Personal guarantees on both partners are worth j*** s***. Beware lenders on this platform.

Yep, PGs in this country are just toilet paper and you can't count them into the equation at all, I thought most peeps were aware of that?
Downunder they take a FAR more robust view and PGs are not only eminently enforceable, but invariably successful. I have no proof but I strongly suspect that The USA is the same. The UK is far too Politically Correct and Soft in much of what it does IMHO, unfortunately.
In fact, one of my Oz P2Ps videos The Borrower signing the PG and stating that they know & understand exactly what they're signing - how thorough and ironclad is that?!!!
