The current value is £10m according to the updated VR, so not far from the original loan VR (9m) Also; this loan is just for "phase one". The entire project has a GDV @ £72m... Blimey!

Clever little way of trying to keep investors - maybe SS have seen more withdrawals after repayments NOTE: If you don't want to roll into the new DFL, place your loan part on the SM, and SS will take it when the rollover occurs* *this is based on previous experiences - there is a slim chance SS don't do this anymore, but it hard to see how
