Yikes - thanks for the heads up - I similarly have a pre-populated pre-funding amount for the farm when my default is now £0. At least in this case I probably do want some but if I'd been on hols or something this could have been a nasty shock. At some point since noon, all pre-funding figures for this new loan appear to have been zeroed again. Thanks for the 2nd heads up....have gone and reset it again !!

How helpful of them. crossed with Pom

This happened to me a few weeks/month ago, my prefunding is always set to zero. I wanted an allocation in a particular loan so set it for that particular loan, got a small amount, then a few days later I get an email stating I had an allocation in a different new loan, for 10k!

Mine hasn't been zeroed. Furthermore they have non-zeroed my pipeline default. Yikes!

They obviously haven't got to me yet this time round. Still as I set it after Steve's warning.

Not sure why they don't have a opt in/ out for these sort of rehash loans

I expect it will sell like hot cakes, rather unlike DFL017.
I think DFL17 is selling very fast - it just keeps getting more bits added! Jack P I think it's got a little stuck now. This could be due to the new £2.6M 12% PBL in the pipeline.

Yes definitely slowed down - big hitters appear to have ceased removing large chunks. Wonder how many chunks SS has left to release - surely there has to be a point when everyone has reached their self imposed loan limits on this one even with some funds due to be released next week or two? Jack P

IIRC, there have been quite a few very large SS loans that took several weeks to fill completely and followed a very similar profile of continued small purchases topped up with further lumps released by SS. Once they filled, they were rarely seen on the SM for many months. Pretty sure that PBL088 was one, along with its (even larger?) sister loan that the borrower later pulled out of.

New PBL in the pipeline
Looks to be an additional Tranche for PBL084
> Tranche will Increase the term to 183days > Will increase the loan from £5,050,000 to £5,935,254 (59% > 70%) > This additional loan will rank as a second charge

New PBL in the pipeline Looks to be an additional Tranche for PBL084 But 2nd charge, so junior in rank, it seems.... Hmmm... So maybe it will be a loan in its own right. SS have never done this before; I wonder if this is some FCA rules filtering through?
