On the valuation report for this one the client and applicant have been redacted although here's the bit I really like
....
If you search the PDF for the suspected borrower it finds it five times in the document all in the empty redacted positions, so have they just been whited out but the text remains!
😂 Secrecy a child could crack.

(I am using Chrome to view the PDF)

Paul64 you can pay me in Cowes comps for my enigma-esque code breaking! Maybe I should have kept schtum and allowed which ever bright spark redacts these documents to inadvertently pass me the info. Sorry but I find this quite priceless 😂

Using Edge browser, I merely selected the white "redacted" area then right-clicked on it.
Instant pop-up: "Ask Bing about... {applicant name}..."

A new small DFL has appeared on the pipeline. It's in Lendy's backyard so they might keep an eye on it.
(Let's forget about the garden centre and the development site on the island just over the water)
