With the sum total of the replenishing pipeline versus the sum total of loans being repaid, I don't see SM liquidity returning any time soon.....and another two loans due to roll over into default next week.

Unless Lendy are working very late, PBL167 is going to miss it's 2nd go live notice.
Recently we've had apology emails but none today so wondering if this will still go live today.
In a way I hope it doesn't as tomorrow would enable Sat's interest to soak up some of the pre fund.

I'm still slowly bleeding out, Loan up for Sale yesterday evening, and Sold today. tbh it was reasonable quality, and a tiddler, but I just *want out and flog 'em when they're at c30 days to End Point (* For me, my confidence in Lendy has completely gone, and I have seen nothing to make me reconsider, in fact, the opposite. They have an Everest to climb IMHO)

LTGDV 24% 9% Ultimate LTGV is 68%. The first tranche is being used to purchase the site, so the LTPV is likely to be close to 100% ....

New tranche (7) just announced for DFL001: £276,597. The loan only has 73 days to run until term. As a result I've begun selling down. Will the loan term end date be extended? Given further tranches are still being advanced, would seen unlikely this could repay within 2 or 3 months.

Given further tranches are still being advanced, would seen unlikely this could repay within 2 or 3 months. A bit close to 70% for that (unless SS change the rules or get an updated VR) From what I have heard, it would seem unlikely that this loan will end before term Per the loan description, there's £940k still to advance! Land costs £2,700,000 + Build costs of £3,700,000 = 6,400k, and with a GDV £8,610,000 this gives total LTV 74.33%
