Did the 7th tranche of DFL001 go live and get instantly snapped up this morning?
It is no longer on the pipeline, but I don't see any signs of an extra quarter of a mill sloshing around.

PBL169 just went live 626 investors and £770 allocation it seems You can add 1 to that now. I have managed to secure a £1 stake without having to sell £99. Yay

That is very true Hard to see how SS can get around the max 70% rule (although it is a rule they have broken on several occasions) I'm no soothsayer but my magic balls are telling me a revaluation to 9,142,857 imminently. Oooooo, errrrr, I bet you're popular with the ladies Elliott!

One of their less popular offerings; I wonder what caused that? I could probably give you 7 reasons why it wasn't popular and a further 5 that would give guaranteed improved popularity. However the fact that it was all snapped up and minimal to none on SM would suggest that it was priced right? I did like the simplicity of 1% per month for checking the interest payment is correct though!

From the General Update email some of which we knew already but the explaination for the pulled DFL too:
"PIPELINE LOANS PBL167 - Completion of this loan has been delayed because the person selling the property to the Borrower would like to retain rights over certain parts of the security property to graze their animals. We need to make sure this does not impact on the security and the only way to do this is for a formal legal agreement to be drawn up between the vendor and the Borrower - to ensure the agreement can be terminated without recourse to the legal system. We know all sets of solicitors are working hard to get this agreement in place and as soon as this has been done we will look to proceed with drawing down the loan. DFL - Padstow From analysing the Borrower’s cashflow forecasts, and their available finance, we did not feel comfortable that the Borrower had sufficient resources to commence, and complete, the building project without running into difficulty. As such, this loan is no longer proceeding. "

I thought we were given all the info that Ly has on the loan page but I hadn't seen the cashlow forecasts or borrower finance - that sounds more like the suite of reports that abl and AC provide us with.
