...and so it came to pass, that after ALL the posts that the 12% loans would be at an end, Saving Stream currently have THREE of them in the pipeline! DFL022 Tranche 1. PBL( ) "The Norfolk Hill House" (My descriptor, so as not to invoke displeasure from MrMcLondon and Co. ) PBL( ) 'The Suffolk Bridges' ( My descriptor, so as not to invoke displeasure from MrMcLondon and Co. )

Allocation discovery squarely on ganymede. I will be investing in PBL178 but not the others. I don't call myself Mr 12% for nothing! However I may or may not be able to advise the max allocation because my pre-fund will not exceed £1,000 and I may decide to plump for only £600 or £800. I was going to sit this one out and go for the hotel/hostel in the town with a name sounding like a mix of a mammal with antlers and pig meat but as that one has been delayed I am going to have a modest punt on 178 in the meantime. I expect excellent short term liquidity.

PBL176 live at 12:52. 492 investors. Looks like it filled as there was almost nothing on the SM (£150). Investor activity had purchases up to £3450 and that figure was later confirmed as the max allocation (see this post from ganymede .

Edit: Not to mention DFL001 - Exeter development tranche 8 (£251k) also (at 14:57). DFL001 only has 38 days to term. An extension looks almost inevitable. That will come as a relief to those stuck in the slow moving sales queue. I wonder if Lendy will take this opportunity to extend formally with borrower.

That will come as a relief to those stuck in the slow moving sales queue. I wonder if Lendy will take this opportunity to extend formally with borrower. There's no room for any more significant tranches: this next one will take the (Lendy calculated) LTV to 69.56% (only £38,089 short of the 70% maximum).
Lendy update from one week ago: The borrower is now concentrating on finishing Plots 1 to 4, with Plot 1 being the Show Home, and these plots should be finished by mid-May. The borrower is hopeful of early sales on these plots. An extension is likely to be required on the loan, which is now being discussed.

Everything is going live tomorrow 'Go live' investor count and maximum allocation will be particularly interesting on the hotel in receivership.
In my opinion, the investor count was down and the max allocation high for today's launch of PBL178 - in the same 'batch'. Perhaps the up-front mention of a receivership bale-out actually alerted a significant number of investors to the possible problems ahead.
We shall see.
