That reminds me of a problem that we have - two black cats. When we photograph one on its own, even in bright light, nothing stands out except the eyes. When they are photographed together, it just looks like a mass of black fur. Any tips?

We've got a brindle cat that seems to be designed with the deliberate intent of confusing camera auto-focus.

Back in the days of proper photography with negative film, to photograph black animals to show fur detail you would take your light meter reading and then set your camera to under expose by 1 or 2 stops and use fill in flash. Whether this works with digital cameras I do not know, you will deinitely get better results by turning off auto mode and experimenting. Edit White animals you guessed it...you would over expose

And now we have a new £1.8m, 365 day, 12% loan just added (15:49).
EDIT - Crossed with two posts above - we're all clearly keen to notify of such a rarity!

Not quite so exciting this one. I still can't get used to the second payment being 'tranche 1'. As a programmer, I am used to indexing stuff starting at zero, but not for everyday counting.

And another 'less exciting' DFL - April in Cornwall - 10%, 451 days, initially £332k.
Looks like it could go up to just over £1m if the full 70% LTV ends up being utilised - which seems likely.

So that's the 2 new dfl's for Monday, potentially up to 4 pbl's this week.

Ten loans in the pipeline - albeit, several very similar - still must be a Lendy record?
EDIT: I expect if you were being pedantic, you'd call it seven loans with one split into four parts.

I am almost tempted to get back into bed with Lendy, but am resisting! I don't know what it is but I just don't feel comfortable with them at all anymore, so will remain on the sidelines ........... unless Lendy opens their kimono and makes me an offer I can't refuse. I meanwhile wish you all Happy Investing!!!

That would be true if there weren't other opportunities available - plenty of 12%+ loans available on both LY and elsewhere Risks apply of course and should be considered when investing Is there much around as long as 451 days? Of course, that *particular* number makes me think of burning books ... not business accounts, one hopes.
