Ten loans in the pipeline - albeit, several very similar - still must be a Lendy record?

EDIT: I expect if you were being pedantic, you'd call it seven loans with one split into four parts.
It will result in those who use autoinvest investing more than they would otherwise, and being less well diversified. And I imagine many of them won't realise it.

Loan amount has been 'corrected' for No. 12 (of the three seemingly identical PBLs).
I wondered why the amount was different to the other two, which had the same valuation.
EDIT: P.S. The loan amount was changed from £129k to £129.5k which matches nos. 10 & 14.

Thanks twoheads , OP updated. Struck me as odd as I added these loans last night, but 9% doesn't engender sufficient curiosity to take it any further than that! (Same as the 90day MV on no. 14 - why £180k on a £185k valuation when the other £185k units have 90day MVs of £175K? If the valuers view is that it would be easier to sell the the other units then it is presumably because it is more desirable? And if it is more desirable, then presumably is it more valuable? Who knows... perhaps it's in the VR doc, but I shan't be reading chapter and verse to find out. This has already caused me to expend a level of effort more usually reserved for 10% loans. ) # 8 is a smaller property (see the rear view), but an end terrace property. #s 10 and 12 are mid-terrace properties. # 14 is an end terrace property. I'm mildly curious why # 8, 10 and 12 were valued together (requiring Lendy to divvy up the valuation), but # 14 was valued separately.

PBL183 - 8 G***** B****, NE Derbyshire: Went live at 14:02, 338 investors, £850 on the SM, max allocation at least £1k looking at the investor history.
PBL184 - 10 G***** B****, NE Derbyshire: Went live at 14:09, 316 investors, £600 on the SM, max allocation at least £500 looking at the investor history. PBL185 - 12 G***** B****, NE Derbyshire: Went live at 14:16, 326 investors, £2050 on the SM, max allocation at least £500 looking at the investor history.
PBL186 - 14 G***** B****, NE Derbyshire: Went live at 14:24, 344 investors, £898 on the SM, looks like the max allocation was £2950 from investor history... could be wrong!
All these figures assume that Lendy are not holding back from the SM any amounts which were not covered by prefunding.

Cash is not riskless due to high inflation/low interest rates. Bonds even toppier than shares and property. At least p2p if well managed gives a decent return to buffer any subsequent crash.

Should be tranche 11 (13 including unannounced mini-tranches) I believe. savingstream / Paul64 / Lendy Support Tranche 10 already entered the pipeline on May 9th 2017 as per the attached image:-

This forum is seriously lacking a rolling eyes emoticon. It's got one of those - It's the <blush> one that I sometimes want to use that's missing. Even admin's can't magic it up it seems .

"Well Managed" = Arduous, heavy duty Due Diligence. (If, of course, Accurate Asset Value is your prime concern.)
You cannot trust Valuation Reports.
At all.

I'm surprised - ProBoards must be one of very few boards that doesn't have an add/remove emoticons feature then. Here's one for you to copy image address and paste in. 😏😜🤣😂☺️🤑🤥😱👍🤞👌, 💋

The new version of ProBoards will have 1661 default smilies I hear. I’ve found out how to add some more, but safe urls or a plug-in is required; plugin’s are not us it seems – basic version, storage and other issues. Wouldn’t like to do any unilaterally in case they boot me out , but I may have a consult to see if a few more can be added ahead of Pro-Boards V6.
