So everybody who is owed interest should be re-accruing through to the full balance they are owed (again).
Thanks for the explanation, I see how that could work (even if misleading along the way) but as I now have no holding in this loan, the accrued interest is gone and not coming back any time soon. Rethink required?

I have asked IT to look / explain and when they have done I'll look into getting it sorted.
