Cannot see any mention of the AE Stocking Loans AE 522 and 538.
Will they also be extended until 31/7?

MoneyThing guess there is no chance in you competing with the new lender and coming back to us with a suggested rate you could offer us lenders? It's just a shame there seems to be a pattern of big loans going off platform, realise you have tried offering in tranches and think last big one this way was football stadium, that was unfortunate the loan didn't work out being size planned. We appreciate your platform service and are willing you to succeed with bigger loans, but not sure what can be done? Sorry I missed your question Stevio. We're not able to compete with the alternative finance for AE as they are going for a debt/equity mix. We are loosing a few big loans, but I don't think it will be long before we have other deals to replace them. We are bringing on more resource shortly which will make a big difference to our small team and help us to find more quality deals to offer lenders. Kind regards Sophie

In which context I see that MTAC's last loan is up for renewal on 6th Feb. Are you expecting them to renew this loan or to repay it?

This is a separate part of their business and AE will continue to need a stocking facility after they have re-financed their HP loan book. Kind regards Sophie

MoneyThing I'm confused about AE618 & AE619 According to your Bulk Renewal email they should repay capital and interest on the 7th Feb. (renewing to AE659 & 658) Instead they paid interest on the 5th Feb (to the 5th) but no capital. Do we expect them repay capital & interest (from 5th to 7th Feb) on the 7th and then renew Thanks

Kind regards Sophie I, for one, am happy with where MT are going. Yes there were some arid periods recently but, the glut followed a few weeks later which allowed many of us with spare interest & repayments cash to get fully invested again. It's impossible to be fully invested all year round with a suitable mixture of loans. I also like the fact that there isn't always an oversupply of loans as that allows others who need quick access to their funds to liquidate rapidly. It's a nice balance to have with only a low level of noise at times. Well done MT

Today's went in a flash - I clicked on one as they appeared, it was full, and a few seconds later the loan page was empty - did not get a thing. Maybe as there is nothing else here at the moment, the £25 bite has now attracted some VERY fast people. I cannot tell a lie. It was me getting in before you I got a whole £1.00 instead of the £25 I was trying for. I look forward to counting the £0.01 each month.
