Hi Has anyone invested there so far? - buyback company loans with 13/14% - duration of up to 12 months - will be offering equity crowdfunding (high yield real estate) I wrote down my first thoughts here *(german,) english here. My first investments should be made today or tomorrow latest. *please note that my blog contains some referrals |

Thanks for heads up. Have you performed due diligence on marketplace and loan originators (any stats or financial figures)?

I am currently at that stage, I requested additional info. More to come in the next days. Did you already receive an answer from support? I had sent a request on Wednesday and not heard anything yet. Seems a little bit slow to me. With that small numbers of loans and investors to date support should not be overwhelmed. I had expected an answer within a few hours.

Which management do you mean? Grupeer, Kurtours GmbH or Hotel Dominik? Founder / owner seems to be one and the same person. In my eyes a strange combination. P2P-platform, loan originator and borrower.

I'm quite surprised that Grupeer only has 343 investors. I've quite liked the platform so far and have yet to have a single buyback. OK so it's lacking an auto-investment tool and it a royal pain to find out which of your loans are actually active, but its been quite a stable platform for me with good returns.

Dear kulerucket, We are pleased that we have a good reputation. Indeed, on Grupeer Platform, there are no delayed loans. Our business model implies very strict contracts with Loan Initiators. Any single delay of payment by Credit Initiator enables the Platform to require BuyBack of all previously sold Claim Rights within 10 days. Also, Loan Initiator provides security by pledging debtor indebtedness or other in favor of the Platform. This is the reason why they dare not delay payments. But, for the same reason, we do not have a large number of proposals. Not all companies can meet our requirements. We have not yet introduced AutoInvest practice because we do not have numerous small loan deals. In the future AutoInvest will appear on our Platform. We are growing 😊 Yesterday, new deals appeared on Grupeer Platform – sale of loans, issued to Russian Credit Company. The loans are secured by BuyBack, provided by Loan Initiator. In turn, the Loan Initiator is secured by pledge of debtor indeptedness, provided by the Russian Company. The pledges are provided in favor of a specially founded Russian SPV (Special Power Vehicle), and a representative of Grupeer Platform has been included in the Board of this company to provide control. We will develop this direction, offering more analogous deals. We are doing our best to provide reliable and profitable deals to investors today and in the future.

The information in comment below is correct - we have no limitations of investments, however, for wire transfers starting from 50,000 EUR we will have to inform the Regulator.
