Ok thanks for the reply. I don't mind waiting a week for the deposit to be made if that's the new "normal" but I would appreciate a heads up from them on the deposits page.

Dear investors and forum users,
We are aware of the difficulties that some users experience due to the change of the method we receive deposits. We are extremely sorry and are taking necessary measure to smooth the situation. We are investigating the issues while clients have encountered with our payment providers.
Due to that some investors may experience longer period of depositing funds as well as receive the answer from support a little bit longer than normally since each case is investigated individually. Detailed information will follow.

Well, this has thoroughly put me off from investing here. I was minutes away from making my first deposit before I became suspicious of the bank being used.
Groupeer, do you realise that this mess you are making must be damaging your business? Platforms similar to yours manage to to get transfers credited within 24 hours of the transfers being initiated. You must realise how people feel when they make a transfer and their funds just seem to disappear. Kindly switch to a mainstream bank and make sure credits are made at the same speed your competitors achieve.

I'm having the same problem, regarding a deposit I made 11 days ago. They even told me the funds had been credited to my account, but that proved inaccurate.

Dear investors,
We are aware of the problems that some customers may have experienced with depositing their money into Grupeer Investor’s Account, through Onpex payment system. We have communicated with Onpex, and after continuous negotiations we have decided to close our account with them. We have opened a bank account with Latvia-based Baltic International Bank (BIB) and now our clients can deposit their money to our account with BIB. The instructions how to top-up your account you can find on our website after logging in. All clients, who still are experiencing delays, or did not receive the confirmation about their top up, please do not worry, we are in process of solving these problems. It will take some time for a transition period, from one account to another.
Kind regards, Grupeer team

My deposit via bank transfer is 11 days due?! I have contacted Grupeer support 4 times already, but not receiving response or explanation except one reply "...have a nice day"?! To follow up - my deposit got resolved, it took 24 days. Grupeer stepped in, heared the ONPEX issue was/is with extremely long current account crediting (payment orders not reaching to current account timely) This was probably big surprise to everyone but must appreciate Grupeer's finally strong effort to resolve.

Mine cleared yesterday after 12 days along with an apologetic call from Grupeer. Although the situation could have been handled better I still like the platform, I will keep investing and making deposits in the platform.

Dear forum users! Let's look into Grupeer key highlights of MARCH 2019: This month we have finished with EUR 2 450 903 of monthly investments. - Our platform welcomed 1308 new investors. - Average return rate this month was 12.61%; the default rate continues to be zero and there are no late payments of interest. -This month Grupeer has faced problems with the payment system provider that we have made partnership with in the beginning of March 2019. More detailed information is available on our website. Please note, that we have switched to a new bank – Baltic International Bank, who will make sure that no interruptions will be caused in the future. Again, we want to apologize for the caused inconveniencies, and we will work harder to bring you the best service possible and keep delivering the great investment opportunities. - We are not standing still and this month we will remember as the month of launching Grupeer Blog. In this knowledge base you will be able to read the interviews with our Loan Originators as well as find useful information about financial markets, investment opportunities and lots of other useful information. Come and take a look here
- In regard to our Loan Originators, this month we have welcomed 3 new Loan Originators: - Stik Credit from Bulgaria.
The company obtains client’s identification data which is then used to collect information from external databases about the client’s credit history and employment status. All client information is then processed through special scoring algorithm that gives an accurate estimate about the risk profile of the specific client which is then used to make the final loan decision. The interview with CEO Svetlin Sabev can be found here
- Ibancar World from Spain.
Ibancar is a proven FinTech company involved in online asset-backed lending serving the unbanked and underbanked. Ibancar have established legal framework to allow borrowing against cars and considers this a key part of their intellectual property. Please, read the interview CEO Alexander Melis in our blog
- A24 Finance from Latvia.
The main difference of the company, as well as its advantage is the fact that the company issues loans against collateral, without relying on forecasts, financial indicators or statistics of the borrower. Please, read the interview with CEO and founder Julijs Kisils in our blog
- Additionally, do not forget about “Warm Grupeer Welcome”, that will apply to all new loan originators and will give 1% CashBack during the first 7 days of becoming our partner. - We would like to remind you to adjust your criteria every time we add new Loan originator. • If you have selected “All Loan originators”, please mark this tab again, as it doesn’t include the newly added Loan originators. • If you have marked particular Loan originators as your preferred investment company, please add the newly added Loan originators, if they meet your investment requirements. - And the last but not least, April is coming with amazing news for you and your audience because Grupeer Grand Sale from 1st to 30th April is here! It means that if you will invest in any Finsputnik Platforma projects in April you will get 1% instant CashBack for all investments you make in these projects! * Please note: Finsputnik 1% CashBack offer only applies to standard Finsputnik projects, yielding 13% (where the borrower is neither NordCard, nor Kviku, nor Ibancar or other specific borrowers). Do not waste an opportunity to gain 14% in total. - For additional statistics and quick updates, please follow us on our social media accounts: • Facebook • Twitter • Linkedin Looking forward to the next month! Good luck with your investments! Grupeer team

No news on my transfer initiated on 15/03/2019 yet. My deposit did not arrive in my account. So, yesterday (4/4/2019) I contacted Grupeer. They replied asking for some PDF proof of transfer, which I couldn't comply with (no single statement available with all of the info they required). I sent them a PDF of the transaction (available from my Revolut account) and a screenshot with the missing info. The deposit was credited to my Grupeer account a few hours later. Phew! The purpose of the transfer was to check the deposit process, but they've now changed their bank, so... Here we go again with their new BIB account.

Lucie and other users, Is there a way to filter deals on wether they repay principle on a monthly base instead of just at the end of the loan? I know you can check for this in the schedule tab, but have not found a way to search for it specificly

There is no way to filter for it specifically. A good idea for Grupeer though. They can add an "amortization method" tab on the filters but Grupper's interface is pretty basic as of now.
