No news on my transfer initiated on 15/03/2019 yet. My deposit did not arrive in my account. So, yesterday (4/4/2019) I contacted Grupeer. They replied asking for some PDF proof of transfer, which I couldn't comply with (no single statement available with all of the info they required). I sent them a PDF of the transaction (available from my Revolut account) and a screenshot with the missing info. The deposit was credited to my Grupeer account a few hours later. Phew! The purpose of the transfer was to check the deposit process, but they've now changed their bank, so... Here we go again with their new BIB account. My transfer to their BLIBLV22 account was initiated at Revolut on Friday 5/4/2019 @ 16:35. It was executed by Revolut on Monday 8/4/2019 @12:01 (so delayed by Revolut over the weekend). It was credited to my Grupeer account on Wednesday 10/4/2019 @10:17 (so just under 2 days at Grupeer's end).

Hello,
in a German Forum I found this:
Is this correct? I thought the interest would still be paid on the buyback.
Greetings Christian

Dear reisender1967, This information is misleading as in case if borrower delays the current payment for the loan of a period exceeding 60 calendar days, the credit company that issued this loan is obliged to immediately buy back your share in the loan and pay back the principal as well as interest accrued.Kind regards,

I sent 2 deposits to test which bank was best. 2.5k by SatchelPay, UAB and 2.5k by Baltic International Bank and they both arrived the next day. So looks like any issues they were having are now over.

The thing is, in the Philippines a lot of individuals and businesses are not served by traditional banks due to either lack of collateral or absence of credit history. In 2016 the successful entrepreneur James Kodrowski saw that there are a lot of unbanked customers in the Philippines. Gathering a diverse team with extensive experience in leading commercial banks, finance companies, and fintech companies, he decided to found a Right Choice Capital (RCC) based in Singapore, a holding company that would serve South East Asia. Please, read the interview with CEO James Kodrowski in our blog. 2. Bosak Microfinance from NigeriaBosak Microfinance Bank is a Nigerian company serving those, who are in need. These services are helping to eradicate poverty and are a major driving force for economic development. Their goal is to help rural women to start their small business and move up the income ladder. Please, read the interview with CEO Kola Bello in our blog. 3. Planeta Cash from RussiaAt the end of 2018, the new company has been founded in Russia with the core mission- to bring affordable and fast online microlending to anyone who needs it. The founding team has projected the numbers of money lent and what was their surprise when all possible predictions have been overachieved. The company is called PlanetaCash and it’s lending volumes have literally skyrocketed to the moon. Please, read the interview with CEO Denis Kozhemyak in our blog. - Additionally, do not forget about “Warm Grupeer Welcome”, that will apply to all new loan originators and will give 1% CashBack during the first 7 days of becoming our partner. - We would like to remind you to adjust your criteria every time we add new Loan originator. • If you have selected “All Loan originators”, please mark this tab again, as it doesn’t include the newly added Loan originators. • If you have marked particular Loan originators as your preferred investment company, please add the newly added Loan originators, if they meet your investment requirements. - For additional statistics and quick updates, please follow us on our social media accounts: • Facebook • Twitter • Linkedin Looking forward to the next month! Dear Grupeer,
I want to ask you one question. There are some business loans on your platform for russian microlending company Planetacash. Interest annual rate for investors is 13%. But this lending company charges borrowers with 45% MONTHLY interest rate. Wht do you think about such loans from the ethical perspective?
And did I understand this right - are you calling loans issued by Planetacash as affordable???

....But this lending company charges borrowers with 45% MONTHLY interest rate..... You could ask this every company, look for example on the lending side from Bondora borrowers.

I know, but I'm asking this Grupeer bacause I like this company (your video with Grupeer rised my positive feelings) and want to invest via this company. And note, Grupeer itself calls loans issued by Planetacash as affordable. I'm starting to think when the loan is not affordable? When it has 100% monthly interest rate?

one could say that since they are yet to post a loan that defaults, all the loans presented on the site are affordable.
Affordable does not mean that it is cheap, but that the person getting the loan is capable of paying it back on time...

Dear rimvydukas , Thank you very much for your question! PlanetaCash is a non-banking microfinancial company in Russia. This sector is facing a certain defaults ratio, as they are working with clients, who are not served by the bank. The high interest rate aims to cover the losses and generate profits. The higher interest rate is essential for this business model. The rate offered by Planetacash is competitive in this industry and is affordable, as first 30 days are interest-free. Besides that, the interest rates in Russia is much higher than in Eurozone- Central bank in Russia has set the key interest rate to 7.75% vs. 0% in Eurozone. Kind regards,

Victoria, yours is the only forum that excludes PEP's and their family members forever from investing. Are you sure your company has interpreted the EU-directive correctly? (see art 2,4) eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32006L0070All other flatforms and financial institutions do not consider anyone (or their family) a PEP a year after they have left office.

Dear bilko,
Thank you for your comment, We are not in the position to comment on the work of the other platforms or financial institutions. According to the current legislation, PEPs and their family members require additional KYC and CDD procession, which we are unable to provide at the moment. Thus, there was a decision to exclude this type of customers at the moment.
Kind regards, Grupeer team
